How can I see the rental product in person?
You may schedule an appointment to view our showroom located at 5708 Warden Road in Sherwood, AR (behind the Hank's Furniture Home Office). Contact Charla Boatright to make an appointment at 501-487-6240, or by email at email@example.com.
When do I need to pay for the rental?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the merchandise you have selected for your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to delivery.
How much do you charge for delivery and pick up?
Our minimum delivery and pick up fee is $179 round trip. The delivery fee will vary depending on how much product is being rented, the location of delivery, and time of day for delivery and pick up. Normal delivery and pickup hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am - 6pm. Delivery and pick up at other times can be arranged for an additional charge.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we will accommodate any size event, small or large!
If I have an outdoor event and it rains, do I need to bring everything inside?
Yes. It is your responsibility to keep all rental furniture dry and damage-free.
